How I can support you:

Educational Assessment

If you really want to help your child effectively overcome their academic challenges, then a learning assessment is exactly what you need. I hear from many parents that schools provide little feedback on their child's learning progress or don't take academic difficulties seriously. This can be very frustrating for many parents.

Imagine being able to find out exactly how to support your child. A learning assessment provides you a clear, detailed overview of your child's current learning level. Together, we'll identify where your child still needs help—whether it's with reading, writing, or math. This means you can work specifically on the areas that are truly important, so your child can learn at their own pace and according to their needs. A learning assessment is the perfect starting point for providing your child with the best possible support.

*As an educational therapist, I cannot diagnose dyslexia or dyscalculia, but I can give indications and then suggest further steps. Please note that the assessments are in German

The 4 steps:

1. You can schedule a free introductory consultation via Calendly (link below). We'll discuss your concerns and what exactly you need to best support your child. After the consultation, you can still decide whether you want the analysis. If you decide to do so, I'll send you a questionnaire and a privacy policy.

2. Now it's your child's turn. The learning assessment will take place online or, if you live in Berlin, at your home or in my practice in Prenzlauer Berg. I will send you the materials for the assessment by mail or email. Please ensure that we can work in peace and quiet. The assessment also includes games, exercise, and breaks. I will ensure that your child feels comfortable. We may need two or three appointments for this.

3. Now I need about 1-2 weeks to evaluate everything and write the report. Once I'm finished, you'll receive a message from me, and we'll schedule the final meeting.

4.In the final report, I will offer you a detailed analysis of your child's current learning level, develop a customized support plan, and provide you with concrete exercise suggestions and materials. If I have the capacity and it works for you, I can continue working with your child.

Your investment: Including preparation and follow-up, I need a total of 4-5 hours per subject. The cost is €285 per subject, or €500 for two subjects (Math and German). If you only want an analysis for reading or writing, the price is €180.

Feedback from parents:

Mom of Lotti (2nd grade), Berlin

"We did a learning assessment with Natasha because I suspected my daughter had dyscalculia. Natasha was the first person who truly took my concerns seriously.

During the progress assessment, Natasha was very positive and encouraging with my daughter. She started a game for me, which made my daughter feel comfortable right away. Natasha took breaks when they were needed, but also consistently encouraged her to continue. She noticed in time when my daughter was losing concentration and ended the lesson on a positive note.

We received an easy-to-read report for both us parents and the school, along with lots of tips on how to practice math in a fun way."
